During the official gala night of Lithuanian rally, rally sprint and mini rally 2017 season we are going to award the athletes for season achievements as well as we are going to express our gratitude for individuals, organizers and national companies for their input in rally championship.
The date of the event: 11-11-2017, Saturday
The location of the event (official part): hotel “Europa Royale“, Vilnius ave. 7, Druskininkai.
Dress code – informal (dark suit and festive dress).
All guests must register for the event.
Registration is happening until the 5th of November, by filling in an online registration form that is here (https://goo.gl/forms/25OeCgTDgLpFxD092).
We are genuinely informing you, that registration for this gala night will be stopped as soon as the maximum amount of guests will be reached. The priority is counted for our individually invited guests along with rally, rally-sprint and mini-rally participants. We are sincerely reminding you that only guests with registration and dressed respecting the dress code will be admitted to rally gala night.
Free passes (still with the registration) are dedicated to:
- Lithuanian automobile rally championship team – 4 units + 1 invitation for team representative;
- Lithuanian automobile rally sprint championship team – 2 units +1 invitation for team representative;
- Lithuanian automobile mini rally championship team – 2 units +1 invitation for team representative;
- For organizer – 2 units.
Other participants must pay for their pass 25 euro per person. Payments must be done over bank transfer, indicating for which guests the payment is done. We are genuinely asking to make a payment until the 05-11-2017. Payments go to:

The programme of the rally gala night:
- From 14.00 h: Guests registration and checking into chosen hotels;
- 18.00 h. Official part of the gala: hotel “Europa Royale“, located Vilnius ave.7, Druskininkai;
- 22.00- 23.30 free time;
- 23.30 band “RONDO” concert and the second part of the gala night at nightclub “Aqua”, located Vilnius ave. 13, Druskininkai.
