"Halls Winter Rally 2011" will star new Lithuanian automobile rally championship and it is also going to be the first event of the Latvian rally championship. Being a common event among two countries the rally is event more interesting for spectators and the participants as well and it is going to attract the most competitive from two Baltic States.

Naturally, the participants will mainly consist of Lithuanian and Latvian crews. Other crews are expected to be from countries like: Estonia, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.
